1-Work Activity

  1. Using Tower Crane, 1 (MR220) to dismantle TC 2 (MC205B)
  2. Dismantle counterweight.
  3. Secure the counterweight (Using a 4-legged chain SWL 3200kg/legged)
  4. Dismantle of main jib section. (In 10 to 15m length)
  5. Secure and install with the Tower Crane. 
  6. Install 2 No’s pivoting pins. (Using 4 wire rope SWL 5000kg/wire rope)
  7. Dismantle the counter jib with winches.  
  8. Disconnect from the tower head. (Using 4 wire rope SWL 5OOOkg/wire rope)
  9. Dismantle of slewing assemble. 
  10. Disconnect 8 No's of Pins (Using 2 wire rope SWL 5000kg/wire rope)
  11. Dismantle of mast section
  12. Secure and lift the mast section into position. 
  13. Disconnect 8 No's pins

3-Existing Control Measures

  1. Briefing for all personnel involved in the operation area must be barricaded and with warning signs and no other activity is allowed.
  2. Tower crane operators, lifting supervisors, riggers and signalers must be approved and qualified personnel.
  3. Strictly follow lite Company work procedure.
  4. Use of safety harnesses with shock absorber.

  7. LS to inspect the LG are in good working condition and with a valid certificate.

  10. Using of PPE.
