4.1. Preparatory Works

4.3. Erection of Precast Concrete Girders/Lifting and Installation.

Note: The lift plan attached is based on the highest point of pier columns. Radius shall not be altered and shall be kept at equal to or less than nine (9) meters [or as per your requirements].

4.4.4. Safety Personnel

  1. Shall ensure that safety is of top priority. He shall ensure that the approved Method Statement and safety procedures are followed and lifting operation is according to plan.
  2. Shall conduct safety pre-lift meetings to discuss precautionary measures, safe work methods, previous lift lessons learned, and emergency response procedures.

4.4.5. Riggers/ Crane Operator

Shall be responsible for the entire lifting operation and shall have the final decision to proceed or stop the operation.
